Hi, I’m Pooja

I grew up in a non-metro and leveraged self-belief to move ahead in life. I was the first girl to step outside the city for further studies, first to take up a job with a non-government organization and went on to live a new city for my job. I defined several firsts in the family.

Early in my career, I spent time with three start-ups that made me comfortable with change and ambiguity. I went to work with a leading professional service Big 4 for more than a decade and led hi performing, global teams for a set of diverse clients including Fortune 100, Indian conglomerates, Government of India and not for profit.

After almost two decades of corporate work, I started my journey as a coach and consultant in August of 2018. I am on a mission to enable leaders to grow rooted in balance, empower them to create inclusive, thriving, sustainable spaces.
